Privacy Policy

Kri Zek LLC (Kri Zek, we, our or us) provides this notice for Majestic Engine. It describes the processing paths below, not a representation that every planned feature is available.

Reading or acknowledging a privacy notice is not consent to every optional processing activity. Where consent is required, it must be requested separately in the relevant interface. A specific service notice or signed data-processing agreement may add requirements for its scope.

1. Information and product-specific boundaries

• Local project manifests, scenes, scripts, assets, editor state, validation results, and package configuration
• License, update, crash, diagnostics, and support records where enabled
• Bridge state exchanged locally with Majestic Helios when connected

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, synchronize eligible records, handle purchases and support, secure the service, investigate abuse, improve reliability and meet legal obligations, as relevant to this product.

Depending on location and purpose, the applicable basis may be a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or a legal obligation. Sensitive health information and optional AI, public sharing, marketing or device access require the applicable separate permissions or other lawful basis; this notice does not substitute for them.

3. Processing paths and providers

• Local engine, editor, build, and packaging processes
• Sentry or approved support infrastructure only when enabled

We do not sell personal information or provide personal or health information for cross-context behavioral advertising. A provider or an independently selected third-party service may process information under its own terms and configuration. This notice does not certify every provider, promise zero retention or guarantee that submitted information is excluded from all model training.

4. Your choices

Use available account, sharing, permission and deletion controls. Revoke device permissions or disconnect optional integrations to stop future access. Unsubscribe from optional communications. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed.

Public submissions may be copied by others. Do not publish private third-party information. Choosing not to enable an optional path does not itself authorize another path.

5. Retention and deletion

Records are retained only as needed for their disclosed purpose, account/service operation, security, disputes and legal obligations; periods vary by record and provider. Contact admin@krizek.tech for an applicable retention explanation or request.

Cloud deletion, logout, disabling a feature and deleting local data are different actions. They may not delete exported backups, device-only records, watch copies or independently held third-party records. Use the relevant local and cloud controls; identity verification may be required.

6. Security

We apply safeguards appropriate to the processing, but no device, application, provider or transfer is completely secure. Protect credentials and devices, review permissions and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. A published notice is not a security certification.

7. Audience

This service is not directed to children under 13. Additional age, guardian, territory and program requirements may apply to the supplied product. Contact us about information supplied by a child without required authorization.

8. International processing and rights

Information may be processed where Kri Zek or its providers operate. Applicable transfer safeguards and mandatory local protections remain required. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, consent-withdrawal and supervisory-authority complaint rights. Contact admin@krizek.tech; this notice does not waive those rights.

9. Product availability and limitations

Windows-first beta; 2D is the supported production path and 3D remains experimental unless stated otherwise.

Majestic Engine is beta software and is not designed for safety-critical, life-critical, or regulated control systems.

10. Versions and changes

This dated version is preserved at its version-specific URL. A substantive change receives a new version; required notice or fresh consent must occur through the appropriate process. Publication does not establish that an existing user accepted this revision or that a released app already implements every described control.
